Wow wow wow ! If you are looking for a villa in Santorini with breathtaking sunset views then by the mill is for you. We were blown away with this villa and have stayed in multiple other properties on the island. This was special !! location wise it is perfectly situated right in the heart of Oia but felt secluded and private in comparison to most others. It was very easy to find and there were no crazy steps carrying luggage. It had everything we needed and the host was an absolute pleasure to deal with (very quick responses and nothing was a trouble). There are two large bedrooms and one smaller, the pool is beautiful and the outdoor kitchen area is amazing. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it ! We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2023 as a group of 6 and this villa is amazing. The views are just amazing and it’s right in the heart of Oia however is so calm and quiet. The villa has everything you require for a short stay – wifi could be faster if working remotely.

Villa By the Mill, Oia exceeded all expectations. First, Judith was amazing. She was prompt in returning VRBO messages, was available during our stay, and all of her recommendations for restaurants and tours were trip highlights. You must explore her shops in Oia, as you will see quality fabrics and designs. Now for the villa – spectacular! Yes the online pictures are well done, but upon arrival you will be amazed. The villa has all the amenities you will need – Judith did not leave a stone unturned. The views are breathtaking and the location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet location. My three adult sons and I will definitely be back!
This is home is absolutely incredible. I was just there from oct 5 – 10 with a small group. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect because it managed to be away from the hustle and bustle while being right there at the same time. lol. The host was amazing and even offered to help with getting transportation and luggage assistance to get back to the airport. Every thing about my stay was an absolute dream. I stayed with a group, but I am already trying to book her for october of 2023 on my own.
Amazingly beautiful views. No amount of gorgeous pictures can compare to the true beauty of this place itself, and when you add the views it is breathtaking.
