Let me add to the 5 star reviews. Great location. Literally 3-4 minutes from your room to beachfront. More desirable areas on beach with chairs are about a 10 minute walk on beach. So great location. The rooms are all modern. The shower is fantastic. I wish I had a shower like that at home. Service from Stella and everyone else on the team was fantastic. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The lobby with the jazz music was a pleasant treat which always brought a smile to my face when entering / exiting. Balcony in room six provided ocean view. Balcony wasn’t large but big enough for two. I enjoyed the hotel tremendously.
Our stay at Glaros Boutique Hotel in Naxos was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic and enthusiastic to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Glaros and what a fantastic experience it was! The hotel is run by Alex, a sophisticated gentleman who is clearly passionate about hospitality. His team shares that passion and works tirelessly to ensure every guest feels at home.
Special shoutout to Stella and Kleida at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their knowledge of the island, including must-see places and amazing local restaurants, gave us the perfect insight into authentic Greek experiences.
The design of the hotel, including the rooms and public areas, is minimalistic yet very modern—exactly what you’d want for a relaxing beach getaway. Our room’s balcony was the perfect size for two, making it ideal to sit back, unwind, and enjoy a sunrise or sunset with a Freddo espresso or a glass of wine in hand. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to enhance the experience.
Our room was always immaculate thanks to the wonderful team of Chris and Lira, whose attention to detail was impeccable. And Kathrin’s breakfast buffet? Wow! It was nothing short of a masterpiece. Even though it was a buffet, every item was thoughtfully planned and beautifully presented—a rare find, even for us as hoteliers.
We also loved the personal touches around the hotel, like the record player in the lobby playing original jazz records. Picking a record to play felt like a fun little treat and added to the cozy ambiance. The room’s design was outstanding—every inch was well-utilized to offer comfort, and we loved both the hanging basket chair and the treats in the minibar!
We initially booked for 10 days but ended up staying 16—the place felt so much like home, and with easy access to nearby islands like Paros, Anti Paros, and Mykonos, it was impossible to leave!
A big thank you to the entire Glaros family for making our time so special. We can’t wait to see you all again next summer! 😊
One of the best hotels we have stayed at, anywhere. Incredible staff, beautiful rooms and perfect location right on the water, with an easy walk to anywhere you’d want to go in Naxos Town. Glaros is run by incredibly sweet humans who seem to delight in taking care of everything for guests before we could even realize what we needed. Also low key the best whiskey bar in Naxos with very reasonable prices on some delicious and hard to find Scotch, bourbon, cognac and Japanese whiskey, plus beer and wine I couldn’t find anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough.
We booked late and only had a choice of one room which had a partial seaview balcony and the room was a bit small. However, everything else was EXCELLENT! The location was on the quiet side of Naxos town but close enough to many restaurants and a beach. Stella, Alex and Cleida were excellent hosts.
