We booked this property for one main reason, which unfortunately didn’t work out: the private pool. It wasn’t their fault, but the house is located in front of an open field, which is quite relaxing, but with a bit of wind, the pool fills up with sand.
Another point that wasn’t very satisfying was the bathroom: the toilet flush didn’t work, and the shower was really uncomfortable.
Not very clean because of the mold near the toilet and on the floor.
The sink had limescale buildup and a rusty drain.
The staff was excellent, and Ivet was very kind and courteous. The location of the property is close to the center, making it convenient to reach every corner of the island, with a free parking area, but not covered, not even for a scooter.
Inside the house is clean, functional, and well-decorated. We regret not having been able to enjoy a swim in the pool at sunset, not even in the shared one.
The images are misleading, the sunbed around the pool are not the ones in the photos.
Unfortunately I can’t give my positive feedback on this property.
Reasons are very simple, pictures on website are rendering, not reflecting the reality, the toilet wasn’t even flushing, we also reported to the staff with no apologies and not even the try of repairing!

Private pool absolutely disgusting, we haven’t touched at all!
The only positive thing was the location, but not even close to justifying the price.
I will personally not recommend this property!
The place has potential but it fell short and not worth staying unless it’s under $100 or a few nights. Pictures are definitely photoshopped.
Good:
– location (~15 min walk to fira or bus stop)
– view from pool is great
– view from the back unit is okay
– decent space inside
Bad:
– smell from the bathroom is bad
– pool chairs are not the same as pictured
– pool and hot tub are dirty (sand, bugs etc)
– trees block hot tub view (ocean facing unit)
– mattress is uncomfortable
– the unit didn’t feel clean
– trash by the pool
Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay here, the road is quite busy and woke us up early every morning. Also the pool and hot tub are on display for everyone going by.
The host seemed very nice and the actual accommodation was nice with good air con. A bottle of water in the fridge would be a good thing to provide because you can’t drink the tap water. Also there is only 2 cups/glasses of everything so you need to wash it after every use. Also no tea towel to dry things.
There’s a nice view of the sea out the back with a good sunrise every morning.
It was just the noise and privacy we had an issue with. Unfortunately no one had commented on this issue before and if we knew it was on a main road we would have not booked it. I think someone commented on it while we had just arrived,haha.
Be ❗️careful not to book ! We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked the room understanding that we would have a hot jacuzzi, as advertised. The jacuzzi was dirty with sand and insects and was freezing cold and not working. We understand that things break but the real problem was that the management made zero effort to make any compensation or to give us a solution. We were also very cold in the night there, understandable they do not control the weather but when we asked for extra blankets they said they had none. Although of this was made even more disappointing as it was our first night of our honeymoon.
