Had a fantastic week here, loved the studio and the location, house keeping was very nice and professional, Mike also was very helpful with a few enquiries…. We will definitely be back.
Also there is a supermarket right beside here, there is an entrance beside the pizza shop, we only realised on day 4 lol and the smashed burger joint nodu burgers can’t recommend it enough, everything you need at your doorstep
I rested at the hotel from September 15 to 22. All liked it. Location next to the beach, daily cleaning and towel change. First we were put in a room without a kitchen. I had problems with roaming and therefore could not contact the manager. The maid came to my aid and called the manager from her phone and I was given a wonderful room with a kitchen. I am very grateful to the owners and maids for a wonderful stay. All the best and prosperity to the hotel !
Very Nice accommodation, extremely close to the beach (around 2 minutes walk – we’ve had rooms in resorts that were more far to the beach than this accommodation 🤭). Size of the room (room 102) was good, bed comfortable and the AC was working very good. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, it included eggs, ham, butter, jam and all those specific for breakfast, and then coffee/tea/juice. Room was cleaned every second day; we did not have hair dryer and iron, but I understood we could have requested them. Also we only had one single glass which was a bit less at times.
There is a store right near the accommodation which makes things easier (also that is where you receive the key from).
We did not have a closet/clothes hanger which it’s a bit unpleasant for longer stays, + the safe was not working, but overall in my opinion very good value/money.
I had the bad luck of booking two apartments based on the pictures on their website.
Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment
and a Deluxe Apartment.
Once we reached there the apartments were not the same as on the pictures.
Of course I tried calling their number that was routed to an agency and an email, but no response.
The rooms have no proper power outlets, the air-conditioning hat such a strong light and the shades are not helpful at all to keep the lights away in the morning. The walls are thin, to the extent that we could hear the phone vibrating from the neighbours. The walls and windows are not sound proof so we would hear everything during the night
I do not recommend this place.
We booked a room in February this year and the reservation was cancelled two weeks before our arrival, without any reason. We tried to call that day but no one answered. The money was in our account and the payment was planned for the next day after the cancellation. We called the bank to ask if they tried to make the payment but they didn’t.
THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
