The building is just at the beginning of Kythira Chora (the center can be reached in two minutes walk) and two kilometers before Kapsali Bay (the bay can be reached in two minutes by car). Then you can easily visit both of them.
The view from the balcony of the three studios at the first floor is beautiful during the day and simply gorgeous in the night because you can see the Acropolis and Kapsali bay both illuminated.
The studios are wide and well equipped with the necessary forniture (fridge, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, etc. ).
The people who run the activity provide a good cleaning service and are very kind and always available.

Amazing view, clean rooms
Better to close the room on the ground floor than to pay 110 euros in August. Cleanliness zero, old, and a permanent smell of moisture/siphon to disgust you. A depressing room, for me my worst accommodation experience. Just a shame.
I have no complaints. I am happy with the service, the view, everything was beautiful. As for the room space… everything is fine.
