This apartments are so beautiful!!! You can’t even imagine how relaxing and cozy are!!! The pool is literally a step from your door. The back yard absolutely a gem and the apartment so clean and full equipped! The pick is that you don’t need car. The beach is 2 min on foot and the town town 10!!! Dear Maria be sure that we will return as soon as we can!!!

Very neat space, nicely decorated. The pool literally at your feet, although a bit small. Maria is an excellent host, she gave us useful information about our excursions and where to eat. The accommodation provided all the comforts for a family of 4, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher and washing machine, safe, coffee maker, toaster, parking (right across the street). Two minutes from the beach and the shops on the waterfront. For our evening walk we did not use a car at all. We would definitely recommend and choose again in the future.
If I had to find something negative it would be that I expected a change of towels and related cleaning during the 4 nights we stayed (of course, it had the tools to do it yourself)
Tip: in the morning coffee in the back garden which had shade and coolness, in the afternoon in front of the pool.
Fantastic accommodation facing the wonderful beach of Sitia. Everything is at a very close distance and you can easily get around on foot. Despite this, there is no fuss at all. The accommodation was comfortable enough for a family with small children. We had a great time and Maria was an excellent host. I highly recommend it.
I already miss Maria for her hospitality and kindness… The accommodation is new and decorated with great taste. Nothing is missing. We stayed there for 3 weeks. Very well located, the accommodation is close to everything, beach 30 m away and restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The swimming pool is very beautiful and very well maintained. In short, I cannot praise it enough 😊
If we believe that the ideal accommodation is a combination of factors such as: Comfort/location/price/cleanliness/decoration/amenities and the human approach of the Host then the word Avra Maris should be the point of reference.
