The villa at Atrium Villas is stunning, perched on the heights of Skiathos with a breathtaking view. It’s very well-equipped, and the daily housekeeping service is discreet and efficient.
A big thank you to Lucia, who went above and beyond to meet all our requests. She offered great advice, was incredibly kind, and super responsive.

There were just one mainly inconvenient during our 10 days holiday: the wifi connection being so poor, that it basically did not exist, and the mobile data working only outside, and nowhere in any room…
But, besides that, we do recommend it!👍

Atrium villas are located on a Skiathos hill, in a tranquil spot offering magnificent views of the sea, lush hills, and sunsets. It’s approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the center and most beaches, and less than 10 minutes drive from Kechria, a lovely and less crowded beach and tavern (a 4×4 is recommended to access that beach and some others on the island on the north and most beautiful side).
We (family of 5) had a wonderful week in the villa. Its peacefulness is soothing, it’s modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities (incl. espresso machine, milk frother, barbecue, washing machine), and the views are unparalleled.
What’s even more satisfying, however, is the level of service provided by Lucia, acting as both landlord and concierge (arranging car and boat rentals, private chef, etc.) She was available at all times and very responsive to our requests. Her maintenance team cleans the villa every day like in a hotel which is rare. The private chef she recommended and arranged, Antonis, was truly world-class, and we enjoyed fantastic international and Greek home-cooked meals. The profiteroles were the best we’ve ever had (and we come from France), and the stuffed dolmas were a memorable Greek mom’s dish that you can’t find in restaurants.
These guys are dedicated 120% to providing outstanding service, that’s highly appreciated and unfortunately, the highest score is 5.
We have just returned from 10 days staying at Atrium Villas in Skiathos with our parents and young family. We have had such a wonderful time staying here. Staying up in the mountains means you do need a car to access the town and beaches but it wasn’t a problem for us we rented 2 4×4’s and nothing is too far away. Because of the location the sunsets and view are stunning. The villa was exactly how it was pictured and Lucia was a brilliant host. She was so attentive to all our needs with having 3 children one of them being a young baby – she did everything to make us comfortable and also gave us great tips for things to do and places to eat. The villas was cleaned every day which we have never experienced in a Villa before, more like hotel service which was a great bonus.
We will definitely be returning in the future.

The Villa is in a beautiful location with amazing sea views. The area is extremely peaceful and private and we found the property exactly as described. It was well appointed with everything you may need during your stay.
Lucia and her team were extremely hospitable and were always very helpful with any random requests / questions we had!
