  1. This was our first family holiday abroad with our 4 year old and we had a great time. The hotel is lovely and its surroundings.
We booked a relaxed room but were upgraded to a relaxed room with a swim up pool which was lovely. The only thing I would say is it 1.1m deep so our little one couldn’t just splash about. We all found the pools cold but the sea was a nice temperature. We went on the bus to 7falls, Rhodes and Lindos and this is so easy to do bus stop a two min walk from the reception. Wasn’t keen on the entertainment only watched 2/7days.
The main restaurant was very busy and not much of a variety on food that we liked. We couldn’t get into any restaurants as they booked up too quick. The staff were lovely and friendly and so good with the kids. Not sure if they were sort staffed as lots of bins full and cups lying around. One complaint the maid came round early one morning and we said could you come back, we went out for the day came back and our room was open so could of been the maid or the people to top up mini bar.
We enjoyed our holiday but probably wouldn’t go back. Wouldn’t say it’s a 5star

  2. The rooms are nice if you are lucky enough to get a bottom apartment that leads onto the pool. Tv doesn’t work, we had to ask for refills of milk etc. cleaners just come into the room don’t wait after knocking. But the rooms were probably the best part. I am not sure how this hotel got a 5 star. The restaurant is a nightmare! Food is terrible quality and you have to queue for ages to get in and then to get your food, I’ve never seen anything like it at an all inclusive hotel, I hate to think how they’d manage in high season. Entertainment was for kids only and not very good for the kids. Try not to stay here if you have a late check out, even if you book in advance they won’t tell you if you can check out late until the day before your departure. I we had a flight at 00:15 and I’m pregnant, when we got rejected to keep our room, I pleaded with reception if I could have somewhere to rest even for an hour, I was told no but I could get a shower but must not take longer than 30 minutes in the gym showers which had dirty towels everywhere. Would never return. Nightmare hotel!

  3. I can start with a good review of hotel location with awesome mountain view but nothing else. I can’t say anything good about the experience at this hotel.
    My key points are:
On our arrival nobody greeted us at a front.
Bed sheets have been changed 8 days later after multiple complaints at a reception. Same situation with empty shower dispensers which have been refilled after my husband has shown staff what an actual dispenser is due to lack of language barrier.
After 8 days nothing else have been cleaned.
    Kids pool is ice cold.
Queues for dinner service. I’ve never seen anything like this before. To be honest I would call it a canteen instead rather than restaurant. If you are coming late for dinner nothing has left to eat.
Food is really salty. Poor selection of kids menu.
    Kids entertainment is payable.
Hotel WiFi is poor, we have had to use roaming DATA.
Kolymbia town is lovely and we felt safe on streets.
Don’t get me wrong, Greece is beautiful but we made a wrong choice in terms of hotel.
I have had a high expectation for 5 start hotel but left really disappointed. It’s definitely no more than 3 stars just for a beautiful view.

  4. Alot of money for an average hotel food is terrible my daughter would cry every time we say we going for food as they don’t really cater for children it’s the same basic junk food every day!! Don’t understand how the hotel charges so much when it’s basic. Your only allowed to use two out of the three restaurants once per stay and they are basic and tasteless, stayed for 12 days and maid turned up once in 7 days had to keep phoning and complaining everyday for the room to be cleaned and ask for fresh towels and toilet paper it’s beyond avoid at all costs your in the middle of no where nothing around apart from one bar around the corner which is invested with bugs you’ll get bit to death and not to mention all the smelly cats walking around the please spend your hard earned money else where you won’t regret it

  5. I’m currently still here unfortunately, this holiday cost 6 bags and only worth about 2, we are currently in the deluxe area with a swim up room and not to shabby, the food is terrible unless you love vegetables, if like me you like me you like meat then your out of luck, it’s definitely not a 5*, if it was based on the food then it would be a 2* we all sat there eating a undercooked chip roll for dinner as it’s the same every day 🤢(be prepared for delly belly) pools are absolute freezing, staff are polite until you give the food back in the restaurant then they just ignore you, the stars and stripes restaurant is the worst food I’ve ever had so walked out of the on the sharp! Definitely wouldn’t return here, overpriced 3* hotel and the food is terrible! Can’t wait to leave 😩 live and learn so they say, GIVE A WIDE BIRTH 💯
