This hotel falls short of a 5-star rating and is misrepresented as an all-inclusive resort. Although the staff provided exceptionally polite service and always greeted us with a smile, and our rooms were consistently cleaned with fresh towels provided daily, the dining experience was severely lacking. The food was bland, lacked variety, and offered no options for children, which is unacceptable for a purported 5-star establishment. Most days, we found ourselves traveling to Kardamaina for meals. Additionally, the tourist charge for the rooms is excessive. Overall, I was very disappointed with this resort and will not be booking again and I cannot recommend it to others seeking a genuine 5-star experience.
Very much enjoyed our time here with my wife and 2 year old. Large open spaces to keep the little one busy. Lovely private beaches with plenty of sunbeds. Activities throughout the days and good selection of food throughout. The staff are friendly too. Only downsides were the bathrooms are slightly dated and the fridge they offer seems to generate more heat than cooling. The shared toilet doors also don’t have locks on them which was rather strange.
The entertainment team at Atlantica Beach Resort are absolutely amazing! Kept us busy with fun activities to do in the morning and the afternoon. The entertainment team were incredible at getting everyone involved. Would come back just to do the activities they provided.
I think that where the entertainment is outside is quite windy & the use of paper cups for drinks is not good enough. It spoils it in my opinion, it would be better for entertainment to be near the main bar on the raised & covered patio as did happen once on our 2 weeks stay.
This hotel is advertising as a 5 star hotel however I do not agree and think they should re-evaluate that rating, if it was up to me I’d give it 2 stars and that’s me being generous. The only good thing was the smiles on the staff face.
