This place is very nice and cheap compared to the concrete jungles in the middle of nowhere is Kos. The location is great, only walking distance to the beach and city center. The room is quite cosy and is an apartment. The reason is rate the service a 3 are the minor issues we had with a room change since the washing machine did not work in the first. We also still have problems with the bathroom as the shower is clogged and still has not been dealt with for the 3rd day in a row.

From the check-in, past the check-out, the staff at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The location is great for our type of holidays, close to the local Lambi beach where we could go and have a relaxed day by the seaside, but also near the old town with its endless cafes, shops and restaurants, and the harbour where we took ferries to Bodrum, Nysiros and Kalymnos, as well as a day trip to the 3 nearby islands.
The apartment is simple and functional, with a small balcony that we mainly used to dry our towels and beach clothes, a small size bedroom and a nice size living space and bathroom.
The room cleaning service was very random during our stay.
The beds were prepared days in a row, but then it would suddenly stop for a day or two. Same thing with the bathroom towels, where they were not changed consistently and, strangely, nobody seemed to notice that we normally left them drying on the balcony and occasionally new towels were left inside.
In our room, the shower has a water infiltration system, that drains partially to the bathroom floor, leaving everything there wet.
The apartment was as described and modern. Wonderful shower and plenty of hot water. I stayed for a month and was working remotely from the apartment. There is a router in the apartment and the WiFi worked very well. I had two drop outs in my 28 day stay similar to what would happen at home.
Kitchen functioned very well and I made regular use of the washing machine. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the daily housekeeping wonderful. The cleaner is lovely.
