My wife and found the hotel very homely. Small and welcoming, the rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was superb and was surrounded by a lovely area for sunbathing and relaxing.
Although quiet, the location of the hotel was close to restaurants, the beach and local shops – all within a 3 minute walk.
The hotel is managed by 2 sisters and they are very helpful, always on hand and provide an excellent customer service. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Alec – Ireland
Such a lovely hotel to stay in. Delicious breakfast, beautiful location. True and authentic atmosphere. I spent my birthday here and the staff surprised me with local wine and a souvenir. Will definitely be staying here when I go back to Santorini!

The staff were lovely the main lady couldn’t do enough for you. However, if you cherish your sleep like me, think again. There is no soundproof and you can hear absolutely everything outside your room, from people shouting to people slamming the old wooden doors. Not wheelchair accessible, very cramped also.
location is absolutely perfect with buses nearby running to the capital and other areas.

The location is perfect, I think Kamari is the best to be while in Santorini. Away from touristy Oia/Fira. The bus runs from very close to the hotel which is a plus. Hotel employees are friendly and the cleaning service is really good every day!!
However, when I read reviews before coming here, I thought the breakfast would be good and the rooms quiet. Not so much. The room doors are old & wooden and they echo a lot in the hallway. You will hear a lot from the hallways and other rooms, which affected a lot to my sleep. I kept waking up a lot to noise.
Also don’t expect much breakfast. The two juices they offer taste so artificial and bad and there isn’t fruit available. It’s only croissants, bread, eggs and yogurt. If you like to eat healthy like me, don’t bother with the yogurt or bread toppings (like cheese or ham), they are super fatty. If you have allergens, there’s no options to choose from.
The rooms are very cramped but worked for us ok. Wifi is also a little slow so don’t expect to download anything big on your device.
The pool is nice and the whole area walkable.
