  1. Thank you very much for this amazing experience! So happy to be here during our short passage. Big thanks to all hotel’s staff, they are so friendly and kind, that they made us feel like home… Hasta proxima!

  2. Room was nice and clean although we had a very stiff lock on our door which made it difficult to get in and out sometimes. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Breakfast menu was very limited location was good it was very easy to get around the island from here would recommend

  3. Much attention to show and appearance, but not substance.
Large amount of talk and what sounds good, but not follow through.
Management and staff didn’t do as they said they would.
No follow through and with poor results.
Hotel was worn and many items broken and not functioning.
    Broken fixtures and fittings.
Dirty linens, bedding and pillows on arrival.
Housekeeping took towels, hand towels and washcloths, but didn’t replace.
Personnel promised to replenish amenities, but didn’t.
Breakfast was always incorrect and never as ordered.
Bar was closed and never opened.
Staff was only mildly interested in the problems with no attempt to correct.
Hotel charges high rates, but worse than a low end budget hotel.

  4. We arrived early in the morning and were given an Excellent room. The next day we were moved to our actual room. It was small and on two levels. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs. The ceiling was so low in the bedroom area that me and my friend bumped our heads several times trying to get into bed. The bean bag furniture needs to be REMOVED. PERIOD. It is very uncomfortable. The bedroom was on a metal floor that looked like a cage. It was like what I imagine jail to be like. Metal small cramped room. I think it’s called the Evangeline Masionete. Do not book that room if you’re over 5 feet tall. The Bohemian is the better room. The staff was nice and friendly. I would stay there again but I need an adult sized room with real furniture.

  5. Cute little art gallery, excellent service, the breakfast is next level – you choose what you want and when you want it – healthy options + even a glass of champagne, i chose the bold and smart suite, west facing for sunsets with my own private patio and plunge pool that was actually quite large, the hotel is just a 10min walk from the center of Pyrgos which is a hub for fine dining options. I would come back here in a heartbeat
