Chill coffee shop. We actually came here for a cold beer, but ended up having a sandwich and coffee (and beer 🙈). The staff is friendly, the food is nice and the vibe is just relaxing.
Really good coffee, vibe and friendly customer service.
But when you walk in and read the “blackboard” menu, you are easily deceived by the prices.
These are take-away prices, which are (a) not transparently marked as such, and (b) much cheaper than the price you pay to drink in.
I pointed at the €2.50 entry for espresso freddo and paid €4 at the end…come on guys, at least put the “drink in” prices alongside the take-away prices.
I wanted to give this place at least 4 stars but could not after this experience, sorry!

A relaxed laneway cafe in Ermoupoli. The food is fresh and delicious and the coffee is excellent. It’s is one of the cafes we return to each visit to Syros. The food is served in handmade ceramics made on Syros. The staff are friendly.
Best coffee ☕️ in the entire island! Also really chunky pancakes👌 with chocolate!
