The hosts Lani and Stavrula are so kind and welcoming! We arrived at like 9pm and Lani showed us to our room and helped with my bag even though it’s 35 lbs! The room was very spacious and included a small kitchenette and kettle, which was really everything we needed for the stay. It was so close to the beach in Kini, which is in proximity to two other beaches so we had our choice of beaches, and like 10 restaurants (all within a few hundred meters). There was also a mini market about 200 meters away so that was super convenient! Stavrula noticed us doing our own laundry and even offered to help us with laundry so they could be machine washed instead of manual. All in all they are a very sweet couple who run an amazing place in a small town that has everything you need. We would definitely come back if we ever decide to return to Syros!
For 2nd time in Kini, Syros, and everything was great. This place will not dissapoint you if you’re looking for an unspoiled greek island. The accommodation at Argo Studios is the definition of great value for the money. The place is sparkling clean and cleaned daily. We stayed in a newly renovated studio, boutique style, everything was new, from furniture to decorations and electric amenities. The location is great, 2 mins walk from the beach, in a quiet area, offering a generous yard/garden, spacious and relaxing balconies, and great views over the Kini Bay. Kudos to Stavroula and Iannis, the owners. Amazing People!
The woman that oversees/runs the apartments appears to have anger management issues. She started yelling at us in Greek for quite some time and we can only assume it was because we got sand in the room. It was most unpleasant having to deal with such hostility and unwarranted rage that we checked out and continued our stay in Kini at some other establishment where the owners were cordial and respectful. We don’t recommend this place. There are other nicer places closer to the beach where you are treated as a valued customer and with respect.

Argo Studios is run by wonderful people, the rooms are very clean and beautiful. It’s located in a very quiet area, close to the sea. Kini is the best village on the island to stay. There are a few tavernas, cocktail bars, and a mini-market. Thank you so much for everything 🤗😀
