Excellent service. Very nice host. He organized a get together one of the nights, sort of like a cocktail party. Great location near the beach. There are some umbrellas and lounge chairs for the guests at the beach as well as a volleyball free paddle board, canoe and other fun things.
We stayed for 14 nights for 720 euros per night on one of the villas here last summer. It was really poor value for money. The complex has no water or electricity back up plans, so often we could not even wash ourselves for 24hrs or more. There are 2 bathrooms in each villa, but if you use one, there is no pressure left for the other, so if you have 6 people that need to shower, good luck with that. There were also a electricity shortages, which were apparently common, but this complex had no back up plans except wait and pray. The location is a bit remote, at the end of very narrow road, and it is not easy to navigate everyday among the parked cars, and the rest of the traffic to get a coffee (yes, no coffee or anything else can be purchased in this complex, you need to use your car and go to the nearest village even for the most trivial of things). Internet was also a joke. It was unreliable at best. I had to take my computer to a cafeteria, in another complex to work as even the gsm coverage is not good in that area. There are no beds in the lower floor, so if you have anyone with difficulty to move, this will be an issue, as they will need to climb the stairs, if they can, to reach their room. The sea is good, the bicycles, the gazebo’s, no problem. But paying 720 euros per night and not being able to wash your self and your children is a joke. Overall it felt like a rip-off.
We are here every year. We will never change this place. Love Janis, The Manager and we hope he will stay for a long time. We see big improvement with him. Simply excellent service, excellent accomodations, excellent location. So private and relaxed compared to other places in Greece. It is a beachfront property and BEACH IS PRIVATE, you have your own beach chair and even balinese bed. Simply beautiful.
Impressed by this place – a very well organized facility with extremely accommodating staff. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We are especially thankful for the help and support organizing a birthday party. Location is great – gorgeous garden, restaurants within walking distance, private beach right in front of the villas, private parking, opportunity for various activities – overall, it’s a great place for each age group. The host is amazing – polite, pleasant and cooperative. Admittedly, the rooms are not the most spacious ones; however, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent hotel, rooms (villas) beyond our expectation, very kind staff. It is a bit pricy, I would suggest to book ahead the ground floor villa for groups of 4 persons. Tranni Ammouda beach is not 100% stable. Beach is sometimes windy and waves are annoying, still you can go to the other side of the peninsula and voila 😅
