We had all inclusive but it was odd. You can only eat during certain hours. Drinks allowed all the time but only certain drinks. Only snack available all day with all inclusive was pizza margaritas.
Nightlife was not so great at hotel.
No music during pool time during the day. A very quiet vibe. Not bad if that is what you want.
The staff were AMAZING. Super friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel was clean.
There were shuttle options to beach which was great! Also car rental availability and service to airport.
Lovely hotel with great views from the pool bar area. The spa is also great addition. We had a couple of massages which were great! Food was good for an all inclusive with a wide range to choose from. The only negative I would say was that it was pretty much the same selection every day.
This is a wonderful hotel with delicious food and hospitable staff. The pool was amazing, and in the evening swallows flew over, which I love. I was here with my husband and youngest adult daughter.
We also went to the spa for massages and manicures. Nice ladies who help you. I will definitely come back.
4 star hotel with a 3.5 star experience.
The music is far to loud (I sound like my mom but it was) and the music chosen often felt more like a club then a relaxing adult beach vacation.
Though the pools were nice, there is no hot tub like advertised, there also isn’t really a “seaside view” you can see the sea in the distance but it’s a stretch selling rooms for a extra price when we ended up facing a road.
We were also stuck waiting for an unnamed car to pick us up in the middle of the night for about 20 minutes after the shuttle that picked us up from the airport stopped in seemingly the middle of nowhere. I’m sure this isn’t a common experience but it was our experience nevertheless.
The food was great, and the staff worked hard.
Shocked by the gym…never saw this kind of a tiny old gym in a 5-star hotel which claims to be “luxury”. Disappointing to see broken equipment (the treadmill is simply dangerous to run on and the bicycle cover has ruptures on it – please refer to the picture attached), and on top you have to book this gym in advance.
Spa: sauna and hammam are not free unless you book a massage. My massageuse Tatiana was complaining a lot and she refused to do a stronger pressure because I paid for relaxing massage and was asking me to pay more.
Good parts: Rooms are spacious, we were upgraded to Junior Suite with a pool, The views are nice and there’s a shuttle to the beach (it’s far and uphill to walk to the beach). Food is amazing as well.
