It is a pretty nice hotel located in Kos Downtown, 20 minutes away from the port on foot. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and necessary amenities are put. As it is in downtown, finding park spot around the hotel is problem but a huge parking lot is also 15 minutes away.
We were not expecting much, however this hotel exceeded our expectations with it’s helpful staff and overall exquisite conditions. The hotel is located in city center and is just a 10 minute walk away from the port. The rooms are clean, wide and spacious. There are parking lots reserved for the guests and a free wifi connection is available during your stay.

We stayed here in the beginning of June as a group of three. Booked through email as it was a better price.
What we liked was the room and the size of it, the location is great for reaching the centre but a bit far from the beach (a 10 minute walk), the price was really good, and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the gym but by the looks of it the pool is quite small and the gym is very well equiped.
What we disliked was how old the bathroom and the area around the front desk was, looked very cheap and neglected, but still clean. Also for the sauna you must say 24 hours in advance which is a bit of a silly rule as you’re on vacation not on a strict schedule but won’t take that against them.
Would recommend for a good night sleep not more.
Air-condition didn’t work properly in both rooms we changed. The room was very small and not cleaned properly. We were finding hairs on everything! Very noisy, probably there is not sound proofing. The lock from the opposite room was being blocked and beeping all the time, so the guests were being frustrated. Overall, way over-priced for what it offers. Needs renovation.
