Lovely hotel, great proximity to the beach and 20 minute walk to Kos Town. Also wonderful beach side Tavernas near by. Staff were warm and friendly, rooms clean and spacious although dated decor. Didnt eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment. Yes it’s all a little dated but it’s 3 star not the Ritz and value for money. I don’t think the older poor reviews on here are a true reflection of the effort the staff put in to the guests experience.
Hotel is 20 min from Kos center, you can get bikes for quick travel. Nearby beach is small and good only for snorkeling. The hotel’s pool and garden are nice. The pool bar had good music and was opened until midnight or so. Superior studio was OK, clean, though some towels had a funny smell. There is little to no soundproofing. Breakfast is horrible, avoid it! Overall value is not great for the price.
Location: very well located, you can rent a bike from the city center and bike to the hotel, there are some beautiful beaches near by and also a lot of restaurants that provide free sun beds.
Breakfast: very mediocre, little options and only boiled egg no omelette or scrambled eggs. Personally I didn’t like.
Room: room we took was very clean and also spacious, it has a view on the garden.
Equipments: there is the AC and the refrigerator inside the room. But our refrigerator broke while we were staying there and they didn’t offer any solution (like replacing it or changing the room)
The hotel was conveniently located near Kos Town, and the room was certainly good. There were four roosters that woke me up every day, that was not ideal, but I don’t think the hotel can do anything about it. I saw them everywhere in Kos.
The housekeeping staff was very friendly, and the pool was also excellent!
However, the breakfast was disappointing. The soft-boiled eggs were always hard-boiled, and every day, 30 minutes before closing time, the water ran out, so take water in time as they will not refill it. I ended up eating toast with chocolate spread for an entire week. Fried or scrambled eggs would’ve been nice on the buffet.
Clean rooms and environment. Good size pool. Great food from poolside bar. Reasonably priced food and drinks. 100 yards from the beach. 1 mile from main town, many great restaurants within a few minutes walk.
