The rooms are dirty and the service is really poor.
We got the junior suite with a private pool. The room wasn’t cleaned correctly, the pool was not clean either. We got some issues with the sunbeds that were not comfortable, and different from the other rooms. We talked to the reception about it and they said the sunbeds were too heavy to change them (that’s not our problem?!). Especially since we spent 150€/day for the room.
In other words: not worth the price at all. If you want to charge a premium price, provide premium service.
Faliraki was too touristic, the price were really high compared to other city.
What a great place to stay with the most helpful hosts we ever meet ! Big and clean room with breakfast and comfortable swimming pool. The location is great just outside the town in a quiet area but with restaurants 10 mins away at the most. Parking space and sunbeds available, a good breakfast considering all the covid restrictions in place. The room is big enough with a small uselfull kitchenette and a compact bathroom, the pool is cleaned every 3 days and was a lot of fun in the mornings as a warm up for the sea. Cleaning is done almost daily and very well. Close to the sea so i cant really fault it. Communication with the host via telephone if needed outside working hours !!! Highly recommended!!! Lovely little boutique hotel. Peaceful atmosphere, perfect for travellers without kids. The rooms with access to a pool are nice, the pool is a small dipping pool but it is very refreshing in the heat. There is a bigger pool for swimming available as well. In the evening it is atmospheric to hang out on the porch and see the lights illuminate the pool.
I travelled in August 2020 so COVID restrictions were in use, they delivered breakfast items to your table, no buffet in use, but the breakfast was sufficient enough.
Rooms are clean. Owner is friendly. Breakfast is ok. We had a small problem with our room and the owner fixed it and we also got a nice discount for it. Its a relaxing suite not too far away from the city centre. Nice beach very close with a good bar to eat and drink something. Fridge installed and a good aircondition. The private pools get cleaned daily. If you go to rhodes and you want a small and relaxing suite hotel this is recommanded.
Great hotel in a quiet location very close to the beach. There is a supermarket right around the corner and restaurants and cafeterias are only a short walk away. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating and although I walked in unannounced late at night, after a quick phone call he was there in a few minutes and found a room for me. I will definitely go there again. Highly recommended
