I spent a weekend at Akrotiri Cove in June with a friend. The location is ideal, its peaceful surroundings provide total privacy and tranquility, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation, far from the crowds.
The villa was very clean and spacious, with a beautiful cycladic interior, fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Relaxing while having breakfast at our huge terrace, gazing at the endless blue of the Aegean sea, was my favorite time of the day.
We also enjoyed a sunset jacuzzi every night before dinner, taking in the spectacular views of the Caldera, all to ourselves!
Definitely recommend booking this place if you want to relax, unwind and enjoy your vacation to the fullest!!
I stayed at Akrotiri Cove for 2 nights in June with my friend, and we had an amazing time. It is located in a very secluded place, offering privacy and calmness, and at the same time it has everything you need. It’s really spacious, with a large balcony with sunbeds just above the Caldera! The views are really breathtaking and you have them all to yourself. The jacuzzi was always in perfect temperature so we could even relax there at night. The villa was very well equipped, so we were able to cook our own meals, but it’s also only a few steps from Akrotiri center to find places for dinner or drinks. The interior of the villa is so beautiful, with Cycladic decoration, large comfortable bed and a huge couch! Finally, the hosts are the kindest and warmest people, and they constantly made sure that we have everything we want. Totally recommend for your stay!
Everything was perfect during our stay in akrotiri cove. First, the view and location of the villa were extraordinary. Waking up every morning felt like a dream. The villa is quite isolated and you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. The large terrasse with several cute spots were much appreciated. The hot tub was at the perfect temperature so that we could enjoy it when the weather was hot and sunny but also to warm up on a chilly evening. The villa is perfectly furnished : the bed is sooo comfortable, we found everything we needed, there was plenty of food in the fridge and cupboards, fresh fruits and even a bottle of Greek wine as a welcoming gift !
Finally, our host Maroulia made sure everything was perfect for us. She’s such a diamond. She provided good addresses, tips, and was very thoughtful with every of our needs. Maroulia if you read this, thank you again and we can’t wait to come back to Akrotiri and meet you again !

The villa is quite literally perched on the cliffs of the volcanic caldera. When I woke in the morning and stepped outside the view nearly took my breath away. Most amazing views I’ve ever seen.
Inside was perfect, very cosy. Everything you’d need is contained within. Kitchen utensils, bedding, toiletries etc. Only thing we really had to go out to the nearby store for was bottled water and some food for the week. Fantastic breakfast was delivered to us every morning.
For us, the location was ideal. For enough away from the crazy crowds of Oia but still easy travelling distance from the entire island (which I guess isn’t hard!). Akrotiri is nice and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted. Sitting out in the jacuzzi at the front of the villa with a glass of wine was something else.
Overall, we were really happy with our stay and are already trying to plan a return trip! Do yourself a favour and book. You won’t regret it.
Beautiful villa hanging on the edge of the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean, offering breathtaking view, making your stay an unforgettable holiday experience. Quiet and cosy, this villa is located in a little village with restaurants and cafes and only 20 minutes away from Fira offering privacy and 5*services. The outside area is beautiful and unique. We spend our mornings enjoying breakfast and relaxing, overlooking the imposing caldera and the volcano bathed by the cobalt blue sea. I highly recommend to beat the crowds and just watch the sunset in the privacy of the outdoor jacuzzi. The hosts are friendly and helpful offering tips & tricks about the island making your stay extra special.
