I couldn’t rate my stay at Adel Suites more highly. The rooms were fresh, clean and quiet. The sunset view from our private terrace was possibly the best in Mykonos, looking out over the water and the town. It was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. The hotel is well situated, just a quick walk down into town. Above all, the friendly staff were outstanding. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for them.
This place was absolutely terrible. They scam you with the pictures online, you pull up and there are building full of
Graffiti on your path there and the car that you pay to have pick you up is old and dirty. The view is not the ocean, but, rather chickens and construction. We booked the top suite, that was $1500 a night and when we arrived the room was not up to standard and the AC wasn’t working. They sent someone to fix it, and it didn’t get better. The offered portable AC, which is an unacceptable solution in those temperatures and at that price. The chair in the room was filthy, and there was hair on the floor. The manager was wholly unhelpful, he wanted us to wait 4 hours to speak to him, leaving the poor girl at the front desk to deal with three upset travelers. We were requesting our money back and we wanted to go to a new location, they offered not even a partial refund. We still left as the property was just unacceptable. Do not stay here, terrible location, unhelpful management and the room is falsely advertised with facilities that do not even work.
Good experience overall. Great views. Amazing complementary breakfast. The accent lighting and cave experience is a unique one. The staff are all nice and go out of their way. 15min walk or so down to the old port and little Venice/windmills.
The pools were all cold so I wouldn’t book specifically for the infinity pool if you’re comparing with other places. We also didn’t get a much privacy as we would have wished as there is a walkway right in front of the pool area. Mini bar and food ordering was expensive so we just stuck with the restaurants and markets nearby.
Amazing suite. I stayed in the dream suite.I had an amazing stay. The sunset from the pool is extra ordinary. U should try to spend your time that time of the day. If u like luxury hotels you have to visit it. All the hotel amenities were amazing including the staff that they were always with the smile and happy to help with everything. The room was super comfortable, clean.
I love everything about the property. The room and private pool was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices . Big thanks to all staff, they are excellent and helpful.
