First off, Evangelina our host, could not have been more hospitable. Then there is the idyllic cove that this little treasure is nestled in. The water laps by the front door, as time slows. The beds and pillows are lovely, the kitchen just what you need. Water pressure is good and local delicacies are 5 minutes away by car – Either Adamantas or Pollonia. A great place to breathe out.
One of the best accommodations I have stayed in. The host is super friendly and helpful. The home itself is close to town but far enough to have solitude and peace. We felt like we lived with the locals. The home had everything you need for making meals. The patio offers great views on the waters edge. Just a short walk is a great place for sunset and to explore. I highly recommend. If I make it back to Milos someday, I would only choose to stay here.
Evangelia is very welcoming and warm, that paired with a beautiful room and fantastic location made our trip all the better. Housekeeping was punctual and the entire property was sparkling clean. I only have good things to say. I would highly recommend! If we are fortunate enough to visit Milos in the future, we will be staying at Achinos by the sea Milos ❤️
Everything about Achinos is perfect. The boathouse is spacious and filled with the little touches that make it so special. We loved the insight into the local Greek family culture that we experienced every evening. We would highly recommend and the hosts are terrific.
We spent 5 beautiful days in this house and we would like to book again if we will visit Milos again. Evangelia was every time helpful and present responding all the questions we had before and after booking her place.
She provided us with bottle of water, beer and wine, cookies (homemade!) and everything we needed for our first day at Achinos by the sea.
The location of the house is unbeatable if you look for local life, beautiful sunsets (climb the hill in front of the house 😉) or relaxing swimming during the day! The neighborhood is very lively, sometimes loud, but we were delighted by watching them and how they spending their holiday there.
A once in a life time experience at Achinos and at this “syrmata” you won’t regret!
