Our one-night stay at NOŪS in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views of the Anafi island and the Aegean Sea left us in awe. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were not only polite and professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, which we greatly appreciated. Room service was impeccable; they even surprised us by knocking on our door to offer water bottles, a thoughtful gesture that was much needed in the heat.
Our room, complete with a hot tub, was exactly as we had hoped – clean, modern, and stylishly designed. Strolling around the resort was a joy, with excellent facilities such as the 24/7 gym, a remarkable spa area featuring a sauna, steam room, plunge pool, and a main pool with a bar.
The reception staff truly went above and beyond, providing a WhatsApp contact that proved incredibly convenient. They were always available to assist us, helping with reservations and transportation around Santorini, thereby removing any stress and allowing us to fully enjoy our stay.
We have no complaints about our experience; the service and the team were nothing short of extraordinary. Although the official check-out time is 11:00, they graciously allowed us to stay in our room until 13:00, which perfectly accommodated our 15:55 flight.
We will undoubtedly return to Santorini and Nous for another amazing stay. The overall experience was truly incredible.
A few constructive suggestions:
– It would be helpful to be informed about the WhatsApp contact upon arrival, as we only discovered it through the suite tablet.
– Room service should avoid keeping the door open to prevent bugs from entering.
– Rooms with a hot tub or pool could benefit from a net to remove any bugs or flowers that land in the water.
Overall, Nous provided a memorable and luxurious experience that we highly recommend.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It far exceeds the other 5 star hotels we stayed at in Mykonos and Athens. It is very clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all very kind and helpful during our stay. The gym was also one of the highlights exceeding any hotel gym I have ever seen. We loved that it was quiet and far enough from town to get away from the crowds but close enough to be convenient. Truly a hidden gem!
I stayed at “Nous” last summer (June 2023), and when a friend asked me if I will suggest staying at “Nous” or in a hotel with a view in Caldera, I did not hesitate a minute to highly recommend staying at “Nous”.
The location is very convenient to visit all sightseeings in Santorini and then return at this this fantastic spacious resort, a quality that is missing in the island.
Exceptional design and architecture, incredible rooms, the atmosphere calm and serene, great pool and spa facilities, very helpful, attentive staff, excellent breakfast (best French toasts ever), luxury at its best, I wish I would get back soon!
