I booked this hotel for the views and that is the best part about it.
Other than that we were a bit disappointed, or maybe the expectations were too high after reading positive reviews.
If you expect a luxury hotel this one isn’t it. The rooms seem to be quite old and with pretty basic amenities. We stayed in the Moonlit suite, it was quiet and I can’t complain about the privacy.
Breakfast needs to be selected the day before and especially pay attention to the time slot, each room has a time slot and if your desired time is taken, you’ll have to wait. And even if you select a time it comes later… The portions are way smaller than expected.
Another detail about this hotel which quite surprised me is that the staff seems to really not care about their guests. It was my birthday, I mentioned it while booking and while on site and I didn’t get anything. It’s not a big deal but I haven’t experienced this type of « hospitality» and attitude towards hotel guests anywhere in the world.
Not worth for a price-quality ratio (in high season).
Overall it was a good stay with few surprises. I booked charm suite with them.
Pros: Excellent view specially during sunset, that you can enjoy from your own small patio. Excellent breakfast and quiet property.
Cons : It is rather strange to know a 500€+ room hotel doesn’t has power back at all, Except at reception, where the lady was super annoying and doesn’t know how to handle the guest queries.
Breakfast is excellent but hourly time bounded, if someone else has already booked breakfast at that time then you will get next hour slot, so good luck if you have a flight to catch.
Jaccuzzi was not fully functional either and had noise issues. It disturb the sleep, so electrician had to cut connection in night.
Charm suite is almost on the street, which you not get to know on their website while booking, So chose other suite if you want more privacy.
Overall I believe anything can be adjusted if you have humble hotel staff, which is missing here. Not worth the hype.
We stayed at this amazing place for a quaint break before the tourist season kicks off, in one of the suites with the jacuzzi. This was definitely an amazing experience, with the location and the service being really excellent. Every morning we were served breakfast in the balcony of our suite, with delicious and fresh produce. Maria, who manages the place – helped us plan our expeditions, make bookings recommended food options- in a way that a local friend would, not someone who wants to sell you anything. And all the staff were extremely helpful, always smiling – which made us feel welcome. And the sunset views from the room are beyond amazing.
We had a great stay in the Siren suite. The room was great and very comfortable. The view off the balcony/hot tub was absolutely stunning. We had an incredible view of the sunset. All the staff were so helpful and kind.
I booked a one-night stay, coming from another island with an early flight from Santorini the next day. Less than 24 hours after booking, the ferry company canceled my ferry. I immediately tried to cancel my hotel reservation, but they outright refused. Even though it was a non-refundable rate, given the unexpected and uncontrollable circumstances, they should have used common sense and issued a refund. This lack of flexibility and understanding is extremely disappointing.
