CSky hotel has one of the best view you could wish for. We had a magical stay at the hotel, the staff was very nice and very accommodating. Our room was amazing and we also enjoyed the food.
From the hotel you can walk to Oia via a very beautiful scenic route and the hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the airport.
I can not think of a better place to stay in Santorini!
Stunning view to the Caldera, a spacious and super clean room, delicious food and a peaceful environment seals our unforgettable stay at CSky hotel. Extra bonus: the amazing cocktails at the 360 bar before and after dinner. We will definitely be back next year!
It was the 4th time in the island but the first with my kids. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and surrounding as well as the tranquility of the hotel. Service was professional yet friendly. Would happily consider returning there in a future visit to Santorini
View is great. Everything else is awful and the rooms are not like the pictures online!
-Broken / missing furniture. Couch arm rocked back and forth and was falling apart. See video.
It was also filthy, partly covered with stains and appeared to be made out of cardboard.
-Hot tub cover was deteriorating beyond acceptability, foam exposed, ripped fabric, and hot temperature could not be reached due to the state of the cover
-Bathrooms were dirty
-Hot tub was filthy
-electrical cords coming out of the wall
-Rips and stains in blinds
We stayed one night (11 pm check in) and checked out the next day. We voiced our concerns to the hotel but were not offered any upgraded accommodations nor any concessions. Waited 3.5 hours for the manager to respond- nothing.
The Hotel refuses to refund our money. We were scammed, this is fraud.
Beware of this hotel!!!
We will also add that our gps apps took us to an entirely different location and finding this hotel took us over an hour and a half. Hotel was not very helpful despite phoning them 3 times.
Our stay at Csky Villas was magical. The rooms ere spacious and clean , and the views over the Caldera were stunning . The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
