Fantastic restaurant…very kind people and the view wonderfull!!!.
Also the Village Kokkari is very nice…you can walk here and enjoy the little shops and small streets. The sea is beautiful
The food here was fabulous. Lots of our party said this was the best food they’d had on the island. The location is amazing with the sound of the Aegean lapping against the shore just metres away from your seat, and the views of the beautiful coastline.
Fantastic restaurant on the shores of the bay. Delicious hamburgers, mussels and salmon pasta. Nice service, all the waitresses very well organized and engaged.
Actually, the food was great, and the service was also very good and polite.
But, and this is a very BIG but, there was a small piece of metal wire (2-3 cm long) in the chicken burger. Luckily, it was spotted and not eaten, which might have caused some very serious stomach ache or worse!
We told the waiter discreetly, and asked her to mention it to the chef. We heard nothing then, and when we later payed the bill, I asked the waiter if she told the chef.
“Oh”, she said. “Yes, and we are very sorry”
That was it, not even a compensation, like not paying for the “deadly” chicken burger.
I cannot advise against eating there, as the food was indeed very good. But be careful what you put in your mouth. Would we eat there again? No, we would not.
Very pleasant atmosphere, fine music, hosts who do their best to make you feel cozy and welcome. The food is simply delicious, far better prepared and much tastier to what is served in most of the local taverns. The location is one of the nicest in Kokkari. Kudos to the hosts!
