I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone. From the moment we stepped in, we felt like we were in paradise. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but they were kind enough to let us in at 12:30. They even offered us coffee during our short wait in the lobby. In the room, we found a complimentary bottle of bubbles, which was a lovely touch to start our stay. The room was sparkling clean, and the swimming pool on the terrace was perfectly warm with a lovely view. The common swimming pool and jacuzzi were available until 10 PM, and it was unbelievably not busy; we always had it to ourselves. Every member of the staff was very helpful, professional, and had a big smile. The entire space was very quiet at all time, even if it was fully booked we never heard anything a part water sound from the pools, that particularly made us sleep so well. The restaurant was also excellent, and the tagliatelle with mushrooms was the best dish! It was the perfect way to finish our two-week holiday. You must stay here before leaving Crete!
Everything was just perfect here. We had a really nice stay in Lagon hotel. The staff were unbelievably nice and responded to all wishes instantly. The food was delicious, especially the burger and the salads. The breakfast was a daily highlight for me (I loved the waffles and the Greek yogurt muesli), it was so well prepared and brought on time to our room. The view was a dream and the hotel was really clean and tidy. 🙏🏼💜 I am traveling home with a nice lovely memories
I honestly with I could give this hotel a higher rating than 5 stars. Everything was excellent, from check in, staff, location, room service and much more. The location was perfect, I’m really glad my fiance and I didn’t stay in old port. It was only a $10 taxi and we had an incredible view. The staff was always super helpful and so sweet. Thank you Crissa & Dimitiri you guys made our stay 100x better. I have never experienced the customer service like the two of you gave! We appreciate you guys!

Few points,
the outdoor pools are not heated at all and don’t have shade umbrellas, both of these would make it be just perfect!
Also the sauna, you need to preorder it and pay extra the default time is 1 hour, this doesn’t make sense as the sauna recommanded time is 15 min. My recommendation would be to have one sauna shared with a pay per person per day you stay to use as much as you like. They allow to split the booking to 2 30min session with a little higher price which made it ok.
Fyi Some bad comments are not an issue anymore, they let you decide the breakfast and make changes to its ingredients.
Also you can order food and drinks after checkout
We had amazing holiday the hotel is nice the staff even better from reception to room service to the cleaning lady and finally I want to recommend and thank Maria manaroli the best message lady you gonna ever meet she will take care of with her magical hands thanks again ! 🙂
