  1. When you are ready for something a little different, Olio offers you Italian inspired dishes made with local Greek ingredients. It was without a doubt our favorite meal in Santorini. The pesto gnocchi with clams was particularly outstanding with the pesto imported from Italy. Do not miss ordering the Santorini fava beans to start. The wines are excellent. There are no house wines but the per glass prices are reasonable and allows you to try a few different local wines during your meal. George is an amazing waiter and host. We followed all of his recommendations and had an unforgettable meal.

  2. I was so happy to find this wonderful restaurant. When walking by then checking out the menu, I was told about the many vegan options. Yay! We had a WONDERFUL server. I just wish we knew his name. He was so nice. The bruschetta was delicious. The vegan risotto was divine. My friend got the gnocchi pesto without clams since he doesn’t eat shellfish. The only complaint was that the oil was a little bitter on his dish. Everyone enjoyed their cappuccinos. We also thought that it was all worth the prices.

  3. This restaurant was stunning in it’s presentation and accomplishes unmatchable level of flavors in each dish it serves! The fava bean appetizer was like a drug, I could eat it every day. The fresh seafood risotto was incredible and perfectly executed. We ordered the flank steak with chimichurri and sweet potatoes, I’m pretty sure that dish is what heaven on earth would taste like. It was absolutely the best steak we had ever had! Their lemonades were unbeatable and the service/atmosphere/staff were all outstanding. If you find yourself in this area, you NEED to eat here.
