  1. The place we desperately needed after arriving in Corfu an hour before midnight. Although the kitchen was closed, the waitress was so kind to get us some snacks. A decent shot of Ouzo, although the house wine was not the best we have had.
Nice view towards the old Corfu castle and the bay, very quiet and relaxing after a long trip.

  2. We only had a few hours to see the town as we were in a cruise of a lifetime. We arrived and a table overlooking the water became available. So we were led to it. After 20 minutes we were waited on. I jokingly said to my wife. I hope the service stays this slow as This is an amazing location. We sipped on our authentic Greek coffee. It was wonderful! When the menu finally was brought to us after I interrupted the server, I would discover that my whole adult life, I thought that souvlaki and Gyros were Greek food. We decided to play it safe. So we ordered a Greek Salad and Baklava, skipping the main course since our time was also running short to get back to the ship. The salad was incredible and the Baklava was the best we ever had. I’m sure that there may have been a good reason for the slow service. The location is unmatched. The quality of what we ordered was amazing. It was worth the wait and would be a great reason to come back to Corfu! Our best 90 minutes spent for dinner in a long time. Make sure to reserve one of the seaside tables. Oh and the local cats were fun to play with too. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Bravo!.

  3. It’s very expensive, poor quality and slow service.
I ordered the chicken it was very poor… it came with no paprika side dish whatsoever… and it was dry, so I asked if I could have a bit of olive oil…
I had to ask twice because they forgot the order and they gave me a small olive oil bottle. When I went to pay they charged me almost 2€ for the olive oil. They hadn’t told me about it earlier and they also didn’t add it to the bill, they just wanted to get extra 2€ in a sneaky way. I think this place is spoiled due to too many British (conflict avoidant) tourists that get overcharged and don’t complain.
I don’t think this restaurant represents well the Greek attitude to hospitality or quality gastronomy.

  4. This shop is my life story. I sat down, the place had only a few customers and after 24 minutes I ordered a coffee. ( Then I was 20 years old). By the time the water had arrived I was 30 and married. Finally, a few months before my grandchild was born the coffee arrived. Or so I thought. It turns out the coffee was just water with milk and I paid 4.5€ for it. When I told the waiter he said that he doesn’t drink coffee so he couldn’t see what the problem was. The only reason this place has good reviews is because it’s next to the sea… The owners change every few years and no one seems to care about it so stay away from here!

  5. This place is exceptional. Great views, reasonable prices and the quality of the food is outstanding. Stuff is very good and helpful, they all speak English. This was my go-to place when I wanted to swim a little bit and eat it drink something. Cocktails are good, and they have a vast selection. You can also work if you bring your laptop, the connection is very good. Strongly recommended.
