Went there around noonish, hoping for a brunch, as reading other reviews I had some dishes in mind. unfortunately, only breakfast is served before 13h. we had an omelette and the green shakshuka. I want to mention that I like the concept of the place, in general, and appreciate culinary ingenuity. this shakshuka contains too much cheese to my liking. I prefer the original. unless you’re a big fan of melted cheese, I cannot recommend it. omelette was nice. orange juice was great.

  2. Great food and service. Although in the very busy tourist area, it is still good to sit and eat at. The food is a kind of Greek fusion style. Very tasty. My wife loved the gyros. I enjoyed the Soutzoukakia while my daughter just loved her Beef and Pork Ragu with pasta. The Tzatziki is absolutely fabulous. The service is very friendly and attentive.

    This time, we indulged in the Ioannina Gruyère Kataifi, a dish that perfectly balances the rich, creamy flavor of Gruyère cheese with the delicate crunch of golden kataifi pastry. The combination is divine, with the cheese melting in your mouth as the crispy kataifi adds a delightful texture.

    The Zucchini balls (spelled “Zuccini” on the menu) with feta were another highlight—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with the fresh, earthy flavors of zucchini, perfectly complemented by the tangy, creamy feta. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, making it impossible to eat just one.

    The soutzoukakia was a comforting and hearty dish, with perfectly spiced meat simmered in a rich, savory tomato sauce. Tender and full of flavor, this dish had just the right amount of spice to warm the palate.

    Ergon is an absolute must-visit when in Skiathos. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. We can’t recommend it enough and will certainly be back next year!
