This is a nice apartment and the house cleaning staff is very prompt and effective. The air conditioning in the room worked very good.

I cannot judge the structure as I have not been there, unfortunately due to bad weather they canceled the ship that was supposed to take us to Mykonos and it was not possible to get there in other ways either. I immediately notified the structure and asked if it was possible, given the particular situation which was already causing us significant economic and organizational damage, the possibility of having a refund, although not foreseen by Booking. Although in the previous days the structure had always responded very quickly to every request for information (transfer, scooter, etc.), this time they didn’t even bother to respond. They could have perhaps offered a partial refund (I understand that it’s not their fault if the ship is cancelled), a voucher for another occasion, or simply told us that nothing could be done, but at least reply… instead after a few hours they simply canceled the reservation, along the lines of “I don’t care about your request and I don’t even say hello to you”. We were very disappointed by this attitude, I think we should always communicate with the customer, try to find an agreement and, even if we decide not to refund the booking (I repeat, they had the right to do so since it was not foreseen by the Booking conditions) , at least answer.. Too bad, bad impression!!
Update: as can be seen from the facility’s response, we are not exactly sure about the attitude to have with a customer. I repeat, if it wasn’t their intention to give a voucher for a subsequent stay or a refund (even partial) it was enough to reply that it wasn’t possible, instead the answer is that I have to stop asking for these things, so I don’t put the manager in trouble…
I have a restaurant in Italy, I deal with customer requests every day and I always try to accommodate everything, obviously it is not always possible to satisfy them but treating them with courtesy and respect is the basis of everything. I’m sorry, you people from Oniropetra really don’t know what to do.. There’s more to life than money and rules..
New and clean apartment, with attention to detail, 3 minutes by car (15 on foot) from the airport. Cleaning every day. Highly recommended
