Third time in this ĥotel. Quiet and relaxing.Rooms are very comfortable. The family that own it treat everyone as family which makes you feel welcome youdont get that everywhere. Angela makes sure all the rooms are kept clean. We will be back for definite.
Lovely, excellent value hotel with very friendly and helpful staff!
Various reviews mentioned the climb up to the hotel. I would recommend finding the 79 steps on your first trip down (to the left of the boat and Bougenvilla on the opposite side of the road from the hotel). As a walking–fit 67-year-old, the climb back to the hotel at the end of the evening, does not bother me at all.

The hotel is lovely just on a hill but you can get to the old town and down to the other restaurants and bars the owners are fantastic and friendly.
But the cleaning lady is not very friendly at all lots of sarcastic comments from her and very ignorant too apart from that lovely hotel.

This resort is so quiet ideal for couples no matter what age. This hotel is basic and family run. Nothing is any trouble though pace of life is like Kos very slow and that’s not a bad thing.
Room was clean and tidy very basic just what for us that was required.
You have to be fit, going up into the old town or down to the new be prepared for stiff hill walking.
Loved the hotel, loved Kos loved the Greeks and the food.
Did not have a bad meal and all Greek bar one night having burgers. Will certainly go back.
