Naias hotel is everything you need for a comfy stay in Neos Marmaras. The owner Thanassis is fantastic. Very welcoming and helpful and really puts an effort in providing everything guests need for an enjoyable stay. The place has everything you need – from comfortable beds to mini kitchen to modern bathroom, safe deposit box and balconies with a view. Best part is – you’re two minutes walk from the main street in city center. Free parking is available as well. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and next time we’re back in Neos Marmaras we’ll be looking forward to staying in Naias again. Thanks for everything Thanassis!!! 🙂
After multiple visits over the years, I can say Naias has kept up the excellent, no-frills service. The rooms are nice and clean. Haven’t had nose issues so far. The hosts are open about the mosques and offer a repellent. They also let you know in advance that the internet is not great, so don’t expect streaming or other heavy use. Just enjoy the time off.
I am very disapointed of this hotel. The host was rude and no covid measures (she entered our room without putting mask on and coughing….). There is no WiFi at all! Was traveling for work as well…and the host told us that it was our responsibility to ask whether there was any, even when it was mentioned in the description..
Although, it was a clean room! So, kudos to the cleaning lady, but totally poor management!
Clean, nice hotel with a friendly and helpful owner – advising on hiking routes around Parthenon- and with 180€ for 4 nights pretty decent pricing.
1 note on the hiking trail T2, starting in Neo Marmara; only for adventurous hikers, route not well indicated, but worth the effort.
An amazing place to stay, clean, calm and beautiful. The owner is glad to help with anything you need and he is very polite. I would definately recommend it and I would visit it again.
