I sat on a patio next to the sea. Water was surging over the rocks near my table. Such beautiful surroundings! The atmosphere is incomparable.
I didn’t believe I would be able to find IPA here in Crete, but here it is! Handcrafted in Athens I believe.
I had the octopus salad. It was quite delicious.
This place was recommended to us. Additionally, we checked the FNL website and it had 1 star. That’s why we decided to come. The atmosphere is really nice. We had a good time. But all that doesn’t matter when you have food poisoning. My husband couldn’t sleep all night and the next day he had one of the worst days of his life.
Most of the dishes were good, only one my husband had, the fish was not fresh. I didn’t taste it myself.
We called the restaurant to complain about the situation, but no one answered the phone.
In the end it doesn’t matter how many stars it has, or even if it’s considered the best place in Crete if it doesn’t have fresh food!

I wanted well made fresh fish, I got well made fresh fish, chosen by me from a cooling box. I’m happy. Everything we ordered has been delicious, and we went back the day after. Literally on the beach, we were eating less than 1 meter away from the sea. The personnel looked tired and/or bored, otherwise it was a great experience.
It’s a must visit when you are in the area. The view is relaxing and breathtaking at the same time. All sea food is amazing as well as all the appetizers. Make a reservation because it’s always full.
Very excellent seafood. We randomly found this romantic spot by the sea and were very amazed by the chefs’ cuisine. Highly recommanded. Spent a wonderful dinner-night there.
