We arrived a little early and was welcomed and showed to our table by the sea which was an incredible view. We wanted to just have some drinks for a bit before our food and the servers were very accommodating with this, with no feeling of pressure to hurry up and order which was very nice and relaxing. Food was delicious and the service was very friendly and accommodating. The sunset was spectacular. The food was plentiful and very very fresh a very lovely experience!
Amazing place with very delicious food and very friendly and professional staff. The tuna steak is the best I have ever tried! The portions are big and prices are reasonable for that quality.
A very nice venue by the sea for a delightful seafood meal, located a bit outside the city center of Rethymno. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the squid and shrimp with pistachio pesto as a starter. Thank you for welcoming us in such a lovely environment.
We visited 7 Seas to celebrate my partners 30th birthday and it did not disappoint!
The view is stunning overlooking the bay, with a clear view of the old town and fortress to the east and sunset to the west. There are other very well reviewed restaurants nearby which I’m sure are lovely also but if you want the view, 7 Seas is the one.
I had the monkfish skewers and my partner had the sea bass. Both meals were absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly and the presentation was sublime.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were very attentive, describing the local dishes to us and generally looking after us really well.
We were offered fresh homemade bread with olives and tzatziki. We’re not a fan of olives so sadly had to leave them behind but the bread and tzatziki was elite! After our meal, we were given a local dessert which was a small piece of cake made with coconut and honey I believe – again delicious, I really enjoyed that! To top it off, a small bottle of Raki (local spirit) is brought to your table for you to enjoy. Unfortunately I was driving so couldn’t enjoy but I had a quick taste and it’s full of flavour but quite strong so be careful if you’re drink sensitive!
I honestly can’t knock a single thing about our experience here but the only thing you need be wary of is that if you are driving here there is no car park. We had to park on a local street up the hill which isn’t too much of an issue but just keep it in mind.
I have been last night for my birthday with my partner. The atmosphere was amazing staff very friendly and food amazing . The view is memorable and it is perfect place to have a dinner . I would recommend to anyone who’s around during holiday . Quality of service it is excellent.
