1. It was a terrible night, We found some problem of the A/C at around 23:30.
The air-conditioner is malfunctioned with some small ice coming out, it keeps generating some weird noise and we totally cannot sleep. seems like the noise and the ice generate on and off! We need to catch a flight at early morning and wake up at 5:00. You did not resolve the problem for us and just SAID “what I can do now ?? is midnight !!!!!!” AND “maybe you took the ice from the fridge”……..
There is no way I can use your air-con and both of us cannot sleep due to the hot temperature and traffic noise / music noise nearby. Air-con and the ice and water only stop coming out when I put 28 degrees, it is not making any sense. For sure your air-con is defective and you should fix it before rent it to anyone.
2. We send message to Xrusa to informed her it is also running out of toilet paper, she SAID “we had toilet paper at the room when you arrived . and we have paper also at the kitchen” , but only 1/3 roll of toilet paper when we arrived! And we definitely will not use the paper napkin from kitchen for toilet! At last but no one is send the toilet paper to our room and we need to buy tissue from supermarket.
3. The brushing cup in the bath room is very dirty and disgusting, there is some toothpaste remains on the cup…
Shower curtain is almost collapsed, very dangerous!
4. Due to early morning flight, we had ask for assist to arrange the transportation to airport, but no one answer and reply us. At last we need to find a car by ourselves.
Sorry to say that we really did not enjoy our honeymoon stay here and very disappointed. The host – Xrusa is very rude and indifferent!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED this apartment!!
