1 800 Floga is an elegant and intimate restaurant that provides a wonderful dining experience for a special evening out in Santorini. The setting of the restaurant is beautiful and the establishment is tastefully designed, with eye-catching table settings.
We had the salad with salmon to start and it was very refreshing and flavorful! We also had the stuffed calamari, which was very unique and tasty. For our main, we had both risottos (the pistachio and seafood) to share and were blown away. Incredible flavors and gorgeous presentation. For my seafood risotto, I requested a claw cracker to eat the prawn, which they were happy to give me along with a wet wipe to clean up after. All the dishes were beautifully plated and well-executed. We had the flaming creme brûlée for dessert, which was a fun experience and very tasty. Value for quality is there – while some dishes may not be huge, the portion is a reasonable size and dishes have high-quality ingredients that make it well worth the cost.

I went to dinner two nights in Oia. This is the one I recommend, and it’s not even close.
I don’t know why this place wasn’t full. It should have been. It’s fantastic. All the dishes looked beautiful and they tasted better. The crayfish appetizer, Floga salad, and Lamb Shank all stood out as exceptionally good, and the sea bass was also very good if you don’t want a crayfish. The drinks were extremely well-made, they were happy to modify my Mohito to sub Mastiha for rum (a sign of authenticity that they could, not everywhere has Mastiha which to me means they aren’t really Greek), and even the bread was the best I’ve had on my trip.
And the view is noticeably superior to places I walked by that were full. It’s stunning. Way better than my other meal in Oia, which also wasn’t as good tasting.

I dunno, maybe people miss this gem because it’s down the stairs, just past another restaurant, but 1800-Floga was just an A+ experience all-around. I recommend this to everyone.

From Lunch to dinner with the most spectacular views and food, keeping some traditional flavours with a modern twist, heathy and light meals made with love and attention to details. The atmosphere is romantic and discreet, sensual with a fresh air and open sky. Make sure to reserve in advance; good things come in small sizes like this beautiful restaurant. Stopped here on a trip. Had a short time to eat…the staff were excellent. Juan helped us get in and out. Ordered a few apps and white wine and Vinsanto. The 3 dishes to try are the fried cherry tomatoes , eggplant dip and Fava beans . We had the first 2 and also grilled octopus. Great food and awesome views .
The staff gave us an incredible seat! The view was amazing. All foods were sooo good. Especially the lamb was the most delectable lamb I’ve ever had. I had a really good time.
