Disappointing Experience – Be Cautious!
I don’t normally write bad reviews, but my experience at this electronic shop in Lefkada was beyond frustrating. I selected a humidifier based on the price displayed, but when I went to pay, they tried to charge me over €30 more than what was listed. When I asked why, they casually said it was a mistake, as if overcharging customers was just a normal occurrence.
While the lady at the register and the one who initially helped me later apologized, it didn’t feel sincere at all (at least, that’s how it came across to me). The apology felt like it was just to get rid of me, not because they really cared about the mistake or the inconvenience.
On top of that, the staff was cold and unfriendly. When the woman asked for my ID, she looked at me like I was some kind of problem and even stepped back in a rude way. I felt uncomfortable the whole time.
They do have a good selection of products, but make sure to check every detail before buying anything. You never know what kind of “mistake” you might run into. Avoid this place if you want to shop with peace of mind.
We ordered a dishwasher. When the people who work there, arrived, they saw that there was a buck in the door. They took him back and next week they delivered the new one! Very secure and everything on time. Perfect shop!!!!
No concept of customer service. Rude staff members- unwillingness to show you products that you are interested in. Left everything that I was going to purchase and went to a competitor you knows how to treat their customers correctly.
Bought (full price) a new laptop online with 24 hour delivery which took 6 days to arrive. After opening the parcel we found the sealed computer box inside had already been opened and it had been previously used.
