So – had the shrimp pasta – the best I have had in years. Added some white wine, delicious.
Also had the tuna cream. So good with the very fresh bread.

This is a must-visit taverna. Along the southern Agios Galini coast.
The beach is a few steps down a staircase. Basic. No sunbeds or umbrellas so bring your own. We just are having our lunch here – wish we could do a takeaway but going to another beach so enjoying the time whilst here.
The whole vibe is ‘hippy’ but in a positive relaxed way. Friendly service.

Update 2 days later- came back for lunch. Suggest if you visit come a bit earlier. 12 noon or earlier. Or after 3 pm.
Seems like folks sit for several (3+) hrs so seating and parking will be limited.
The staff work hard, service can be slower but it’s not at all a negative. We respected the hard work of our server today! Totally appreciate all he had to do.
The scenery and atmosphere make it a lovely relaxing and unique venue. You can even go down the stairs, go for a swim and come back in time for your meal. Which is why folks sit for some time. No rush no hurry. Love it.
Definitely recommend the shrimp pasta dish (yes, had it again) and the Greek salad is delicious! Offering from venue end of meal is generous – variety of fruit, some Greek sweets and some raki.

We felt very relaxed and had good times at the beach and in the restaurant. Delicious salads, grilled 🐟🍤 and much more to explore. You have to taste the white wine served in a metall can A place to be for a caribian like Sunset
