The mill was restaured and the grandson of the owner told us its history and how it used to work. Very interesting and we can feel the passion and pride. They have a beautiful patio with incredible sea view where they serve coffee, ice cream, and more.
If you want to feel like you are in Greece with a family and to see the lifestyle, this is the place to come. The owner is very humble and the history of the place where his father made the windmill is amazing. The food was extremely tasty and the whole atmosphere and little tables add to the amazing feeling of being on top of this mountain… I highly recommend coming here!!
Quirky place, well worth a visit for everything it offers. Have had breakfast and dinner here. Owners pleasant, place always clean, good view of Alyki town, parking at the back, reasonably priced and food flavoursome. The only drawer back for us, is their times of openning. (Dont quite meet our needs); menu can be limited at times too. Still go back every year though! :o)
Great view over Alyki and very friendly people. Don’t miss to visit the interior of the windmill, they maintain it at an excellent condition. It is very interesting that the roof turns in order to match the wind direction!
Cute restaurant/cafe with a nice view over Alyki. Interesting reconstructed old windmill, a little shop and also a photo exhibition. Food is good and prices more or less appropriate.
